Yes. In Nutrola's Search Food screen, open the My foods tab and tap Create Your Food to save a food with your own calories and macros, then log it anytime.

Edit a meal's calories, protein, carbs, or fat by hand

Yes, tap the calorie or a macro value on a Nutrola meal to open Edit Calories, Protein, Carbs, or Fat, type the number, and tap Done.

Edit or delete a logged meal

Tap a logged meal to open it, then fix its calories, macros, or ingredients (AI meals) or change the portion (barcode), or tap the trash icon to delete it.

Edit, add, or remove ingredients in a scanned meal

Open an AI-scanned meal, then tap an ingredient to edit it, tap Add More to add one, or swipe an ingredient to delete it; totals update automatically.

How Nutrola's AI calorie counting works

Nutrola sends your meal photo or description to its servers, identifies the ingredients, and returns editable calorie and macro estimates.

How to import a recipe from a link

On Nutrola's Recipes tab, tap the share/import icon, paste a TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube recipe link, and tap Analyze Recipe to get its nutrition.

How to log a meal

Tap the center + in Nutrola's tab bar, then Scan Food, Scan Barcode, or Describe Food to log a meal in seconds.

Log a meal from a photo already in your gallery

Yes. In Nutrola's Scan Food camera, tap the gallery icon next to the shutter to pick an existing photo, and it is analyzed just like a live capture.

Log from the food database, your foods, and saved foods

Open Search Food from the + menu to search Nutrola's food database, then switch tabs for Food Library, My foods, and Saved foods.

Logging drinks and liquids (ml / fl oz)

Scanned drinks log in your volume unit (ml, or fl oz on imperial); reopen the meal and switch among Serving, ml, fl oz, or Total Package.

My photo isn't being recognized

Nutrola's AI reads your meal photo on its servers, so use clear light, frame the whole plate, and edit or re-describe if a result looks off.

Rename a logged meal

Yes, you can rename an AI-analyzed meal in Nutrola: open it, tap the name, type a new one, and tap Update.

The calorie or macro estimate looks wrong

Nutrola's AI photo and voice estimates are editable: correct the calories or macros, edit ingredients, or tap Fix Result to re-analyze.

Why can't I change the serving size of a photo-scanned meal?

Nutrola's AI photo and Describe Food meals are stored on a fixed 100g basis, so adjust the amount by editing the numbers or using Fix Result.
