Streak milestone rewards (7, 30, 100 days)

In Nutrola, reaching a 7-day, 30-day, or 100-day logging streak each earns a one-time bonus: 25, 100, and 500 gems, plus a free bonus streak freeze (called a snowflake). These rewards are granted automatically when you log your first meal on the milestone day, and each milestone pays out only once.

What are the streak milestones?

Nutrola has three streak milestones. Each one is a "one-time reward," meaning you collect it a single time when you first reach that streak length:

• 7-day streak: 25 bonus gems plus one bonus snowflake (streak freeze).
• 30-day streak: 100 bonus gems plus one bonus snowflake.
• 100-day streak: 500 bonus gems plus one bonus snowflake.

You can see these listed in the app under the Streak milestones section of the Gems info screen, each marked as a One-time reward.

How do I claim a milestone reward?

There is nothing extra to tap. When you log your first meal on the day your streak reaches 7, 30, or 100, Nutrola shows a streak celebration and credits the bonus gems and the bonus snowflake to your account automatically. The milestone gems are added on top of the gems you normally earn for logging that day and keeping your streak going.

What is the bonus snowflake for?

A snowflake is a streak freeze. It automatically covers a day you miss so your streak stays alive instead of resetting. The bonus snowflake you get at each milestone works exactly like a freeze you would otherwise buy with gems. Streak freezes (snowflakes): how they protect your streak

One thing to know: you can hold a maximum of 2 snowflakes at once. If you are already holding 2 when you hit a milestone, the bonus freeze cannot be added on top of the cap (the milestone gems are still granted). To make room, let an existing freeze do its job or wait until your stock drops below 2.

Do the milestone rewards repeat?

No. Each milestone (7, 30, and 100 days) grants its bonus a single time. Passing 7 days again on a future streak does not award the 7-day bonus a second time. What counts toward the streak?
