Delete your account and all data

You can permanently delete your Nutrola account from inside the app: open the Profile/Settings tab, scroll to Account Actions, and tap Delete Account. This is designed to permanently remove your account and the data Nutrola stores, it is irreversible, and it does not cancel your App Store or Google Play subscription, so cancel that separately first.

How do I delete my Nutrola account?

You delete your account yourself, anytime, from within the app. The same steps apply on iOS and Android.

  1. Open the Profile/Settings tab.
  2. Scroll to the bottom to the Account Actions section.
  3. Tap Delete Account (the row just below Logout).
  4. A short screen titled "Wait... you're leaving?" appears asking what went wrong. Pick a reason, then tap Continue to proceed (or tap "Never mind, I'm staying" to cancel and keep your account).
  5. A confirmation appears: "Are you sure you want to permanently delete your account? This action cannot be undone." Tap the red Delete Account button to confirm, or Cancel to stop.

When deletion finishes, you see "Your account has been successfully deleted." Tap Done. You are signed out and the app returns to the start screen.

Is deleting my account permanent?

Yes. Deletion is irreversible. It is designed to permanently remove your account and the data Nutrola stores on its servers (such as your profile, logged meals, and tracked entries), and your account cannot be recovered afterward. Because it cannot be undone, only delete if you are sure.

If you just want a break or want to switch devices, do not delete. Use Logout instead, which keeps your data so it restores when you sign back in. Log out without losing your data Restore your data on a new device

Does deleting my account cancel my subscription?

No. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription or stop Apple or Google from billing you. Subscriptions are managed by the App Store or Google Play, not by deleting your Nutrola account, so you must cancel separately in your store before you delete:

What if deletion shows an error?

If you see "Failed to delete account" or "We couldn't delete your account right now," wait a moment and try again, or reach out to support. Make sure you are signed in first, since deletion needs an active session.
