"Account not found" when signing in with your email code

Nutrola email sign-in only logs into an existing account, so it shows "Account Not Found" if you never signed up with that email or used Apple or Google.

Change your display name, username, or profile photo

In Nutrola, tap your name card at the top of the Profile tab to edit your display name, set a public @username, and change your photo.

Delete your account and all data

Delete your Nutrola account from Settings β†’ Account Actions β†’ Delete Account; it is permanent and does not cancel your store subscription.

Edit your birth date, gender, height, and units

Open Profile/Settings, tap Personal Details under Account, and edit your gender, height, weight, and unit system; goals are not recalculated automatically.

How your email and account identity work

Your Nutrola account is tied to your Apple, Google, or email login, and there is no in-app screen to change it; email support to update your contact email.

Log out without losing your data

Open Profile/Settings, go to Account Actions, and tap Logout. Your cloud data stays saved and restores when you sign back in with the same method.

Restore your data on a new device

Your Nutrola data lives in the cloud against your account, so just sign in with the same method on the new device and it syncs back automatically.

Signed in with Apple/Google but asked to set up again

Nutrola sends you back to setup when your profile is missing details or when you signed in with a different login method than before.

Trouble signing in

Sign in with the same method you used to create your Nutrola account (Apple, Google, or an emailed 6-digit code), then check your connection.
