  • 700 g Chicken wings
  • 80 g Cornstarch
  • 3 tbsp Gochujang
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
  • 500 ml Vegetable oil
  • 60 g Pickled radish

    Coat chicken wings in cornstarch.

    Fry at 160°C for 8 minutes. Rest 5 min. Fry again at 180°C for 5 min until extra crispy.
