Ingredients

  • 400 g Firm tofu
  • 400 g Canned tomatoes
  • 80 ml Heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp Tikka masala paste
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Ginger
  • 3 pieces Naan bread
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions

    Cube tofu, toss with oil and tikka paste. Bake at 220°C for 20 min.
