- 100 ml Heavy cream
- 60 ml Vodka
- 1 ball (125g) Burrata
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 0.5 tsp Red pepper flakes
- 30 g Parmesan
- 8 leaves Fresh basil
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
