Ingredients
- 600 g Chicken thighs
- 300 g Long grain rice
- 3 tbsp Tomato paste
- 400 g Canned tomatoes
- 2 medium Onion
- 1 medium Bell pepper
- 1 small Scotch bonnet
- 1 tsp Thyme
- 300 ml Chicken broth
- 3 tbsp Vegetable oil
