Ingredients

  • fish fillets

    1 pound · fresh or frozen, unbreaded

  • onion, thinly sliced

    1/2 medium

  • green pepper, thinly sliced

    1/2 medium

  • tomato sauce, low-sodium

    1 can (8 ounces)

  • chili powder

    1 teaspoon

  • ground black pepper

    1/8 teaspoon

  • salt

    1/4 teaspoon, optional
