winter squash (acorn, butternut, or Hubbard)
2 1/2 cups
apples (Macintosh, Granny Smith, or Rome)
1 1/2 cups
nutmeg

Wash hands with soap and water.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Wash and prepare squash and apples (for extra fiber, keep peel on apples).
