  • strawberry gelatin

    3 packages · 3 oz. packages, can also use raspberry

  • water

    4 cups

  • cranberry sauce

    1 can

  • sugar

    1/4 cup

  • orange peel rind

    2 tablespoons · grated

  • lemon juice

    2 tablespoons

  • crushed pineapple

    1 cup · drained

  • diced celery

    2 cups

  • walnuts

    3/4 cup

Instructions

    Wash hands with soap and water.

    Make gelatin and refrigerate until partially set.

    Beat cranberry sauce.

    Grate orange peel into sugar and add to cranberry sauce with rest of ingredients.

    Fold mixture into partially set gelatin. Refrigerate until set. Serve.
