Instructions

In a medium-sized bowl, combine tomato, apple, onion, and lime juice (or lemon juice). Mix well.

Add garlic, vegetable oil, and salt to bowl. If using parsley, cilantro, cayenne pepper, or jalapeño chilies, add them too. Mix well.
