Ingredients

  • cantaloupe or watermelon, coarsely chopped, seeded, peeled

  • kiwifruit, coarsely chopped

  • sugar

    optional

  • lime juice

    2 tablespoons

  • water

    2 cups

  • ice

Instructions

    Wash hands with soap and water.

    In a blender, puree fruit and lime juice until smooth. Add sugar if desired.

    Combine fruit mixture and water in a large pitcher.

    To eliminate the pulp pour through a strainer (optional).

    Cover and refrigerate for up to a week.

    To serve, stir well and pour into tall glasses over ice.
