  • sweet potato, peeled

    1 medium

  • orange, sliced

    1/2 medium

  • cinnamon

  • salt

  • black pepper

Instructions

    Wash hands with soap and water.

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    In a medium skillet, brown pork chops in a small amount of oil.

    Cut sweet potato into 1/2-inch slices.

    Place meat and sweet potato slices in a baking dish and top with orange slices; sprinkle with seasonings if desired.

    Cover and bake for 1 hour until meat is tender.

    Cook pork to 145 degrees F.
