  • green pepper

    1 medium

  • vegetable oil

    1 tablespoon · or cooking oil of your choice

  • boneless pork chops

  • salt

    1/8 teaspoon

  • canned pineapple chunks, undrained

    1 cup · 8 ounces

  • ground ginger

    1/4 teaspoon

  • cinnamon

    1/4 teaspoon

Instructions

    Wash hands with soap and water.

    Cut the green pepper into strips.

    Heat the oil in a large skillet.

    Place pork chops on the heated skillet. Sprinkle the salt on top.

    Cook the pork chops for 5 minutes on low heat on each side.
