green chilies, drained
1 can (4 ounces)
low-sodium Great Northern Beans
2 cans (15.5 ounces each)
low-sodium chicken broth
1 can (14.5 ounces)
garlic powder
2 teaspoons
black pepper
1/2 teaspoon
ground cumin
2 teaspoons
cooked chicken, cubed
1 1/2 cups
mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup
fresh parsley
optional for garnish
Instructions

Wash hands with soap and water.

Heat oil in a large saucepan.

Add onion and cook until tender.

Add green chilies, beans (do not drain), chicken broth, garlic powder, pepper, ground cumin, and chicken. Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes or until desired thickness.

Serve hot, topped with cheese. Add parsley if desired.
