- 1 head Butter lettuce
- 3 tbsp Lime juice
- 2 tbsp Fish sauce
- 2 small Thai chilies
- 2 small Shallots
- 10 leaves Fresh mint
- 2 tbsp Cilantro
- 2 tbsp Toasted rice powder
