  • 1 head Butter lettuce
  • 3 tbsp Lime juice
  • 2 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 2 small Thai chilies
  • 2 small Shallots
  • 10 leaves Fresh mint
  • 2 tbsp Cilantro
  • 2 tbsp Toasted rice powder
