Ingredientes

  • 2 large Green plantains
  • 200 ml Vegetable oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Cilantro

Instrucciones

    Peel and cut plantains into thick rounds.

    Fry at 160°C for 3 min. Remove and smash flat.

    Fry again at 180°C until golden and crispy.

    Make mojo: mash garlic with lime juice, olive oil, salt, cilantro.
