Ingredientes

  • 500 g Pork shoulder
  • 3 tbsp Hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Five-spice powder
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 drop Red food coloring (optional)
  • 300 g Steamed rice
  • 3 heads Bok choy

Instrucciones

    Slice pork into thick strips. Marinate in hoisin, soy, honey, five-spice, garlic for 30 min.

    Roast at 220°C for 15 min. Baste with marinade.

    Roast 10 more min until charred and sticky.
