- 200 ml Coconut milk
- 80 g Sugar
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 piece Salted duck egg
- 40 g Cheddar cheese

Mix rice flour, coconut milk, sugar, eggs, baking powder, melted butter.
