  • 300 g Bread flour
  • 150 ml Milk
  • 50 g Butter
  • 60 g Sugar
  • 10 pieces Cardamom pods
  • 1 tsp Yeast
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tbsp Pearl sugar

Instrucciones

    Warm milk with butter and crushed cardamom seeds.

    Mix with flour, sugar, yeast, and egg. Knead until smooth.

    Rise 1 hour. Roll out, spread butter-sugar-cardamom filling.

    Shape into knots. Rise 30 min. Brush with egg, top with pearl sugar.

    Bake at 200°C for 12-15 min.
