Ingredientes

  • 150 g Glutinous rice
  • 200 ml Coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 0.25 tsp Salt
  • 1 large ripe Mango
  • 1 tsp Sesame seeds

Instrucciones

    Soak glutinous rice for 30 minutes. Steam for 20 minutes until tender.

    Heat coconut milk with sugar and salt until dissolved.

    Pour half the coconut sauce over rice, stir, and let absorb for 10 minutes.

    Slice mango. Serve alongside rice.

    Drizzle remaining coconut sauce on top. Sprinkle sesame seeds.
