How the 3-day free trial works

Nutrola's yearly plan starts with a 3-day free trial so you can explore Premium before paying. The trial begins when you start the yearly plan from the in-app paywall, and your store (Apple or Google) charges you when the 3 days end. If you cancel before the trial is up, you keep Premium until it ends and aren't charged.
When does the trial start, and when am I charged?
- When it starts: the moment you choose the yearly plan on the in-app paywall and confirm. The paywall labels this option 3 DAYS FREE and shows No Payment Due Now.
- When you're charged: after the 3 free days, the yearly subscription begins and Apple or Google bills you automatically. The paywall timeline spells this out as Today (Premium unlocked), In 2 Days - Reminder (we send a heads-up that the trial is ending), and In 3 Days - Billing Starts (you're charged on the shown date unless you cancel before then).
- If you cancel during the trial: you won't be charged, as long as you cancel before the 3 days are up. You keep Premium until the trial period ends.
Pricing is shown in the app at checkout and varies by region, so check the exact amount on the paywall before you confirm.
Which plans include the trial?
The 3-day free trial is part of the yearly plan. The monthly plan does not include a trial; choosing monthly unlocks Premium and bills you right away. How do I cancel before the trial converts?
Cancelling is done in your app store, not inside Nutrola. To avoid the charge, cancel before the 3 days end.
- iPhone/iPad (App Store): open the steps in Cancel your subscription on iPhone or iPad.
- Android (Google Play): open the steps in Cancel your subscription on Android.
To be safe, cancel at least a few hours before the trial ends, since store billing can process right at the deadline. After cancelling, you keep Premium for the rest of the trial period.
