  • 150 g Rice
  • 100 g Brown lentils
  • 100 g Macaroni pasta
  • 100 g Canned chickpeas
  • 400 g Canned tomatoes
  • 3 large Onions
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 2 tbsp White vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Vegetable oil

Instructions

    Cook lentils, rice, and pasta separately.

    Fry sliced onions until very crispy and golden. Drain.

    Sauté garlic, add tomatoes, cumin, vinegar. Simmer 10 min.
