  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 small Carrots
  • 60 g Daikon
  • 4 tbsp Fresh herbs (mint, cilantro)
  • 1 medium Lime
  • 4 leaves Lettuce

Instructions

    Mix pork with garlic and 1 tbsp fish sauce. Form small patties and grill.
