  • 250 g Bread flour
  • 200 g Mixed cheese (feta & mozzarella)
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Yeast
  • 120 ml Milk
  • 1 tsp Sugar

Instructions

    Make dough: flour, yeast, milk, sugar. Knead, rise 1 hour.

    Shape into boat forms. Fill with mixed grated cheese.

    Bake at 220°C for 12 min until edges golden.

    Crack an egg in center, add butter. Bake 3 more min until egg just sets.

    Stir egg and butter into melted cheese to eat.
