- 100 g Ham
- 80 g Gruyère cheese
- 2 large Eggs
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 100 ml Milk
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard

Make béchamel: melt 1 tbsp butter, whisk in flour, gradually add milk until thick.

Spread mustard on bread. Layer ham and half the cheese. Close sandwich.
