  • 2 day-old Croissants
  • 60 g Almond flour
  • 40 g Butter
  • 40 g Sugar
  • 1 large Egg
  • 0.5 tsp Almond extract
  • 20 g Sliced almonds
  • 1 tbsp Powdered sugar

Instructions

    Make frangipane: cream butter and sugar, add egg, almond flour, and extract.
