  • 500 g Chicken thighs
  • 400 g Canned tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 100 ml Heavy cream
  • 1 large Onion
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp grated Ginger
  • 2 tsp Garam masala
  • 3 pieces Naan bread

Instructions

    Marinate chicken in yogurt and spices for 15 minutes.

    Sear chicken pieces until golden. Set aside.

    Sauté onion, garlic, and ginger in butter. Add tomatoes and simmer 10 min.
