- 2 medium Zucchini
- 2 medium Bell peppers
- 4 medium Tomatoes
- 1 large Onion
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Herbes de Provence
- 8 leaves Fresh basil
