- 4 large Eggs
- 400 g Canned tomatoes
- 1 medium Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 0.5 tsp Coriander
- 2 tbsp Tahini
- 2 tbsp Fresh parsley
- 2 pieces Pita bread
