  • 200 g Beef sirloin
  • 150 g Rice noodles
  • 800 ml Beef broth
  • 2 whole Star anise
  • 1 whole Cinnamon stick
  • 2 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 50 g Bean sprouts
  • 6 leaves Fresh basil
  • 1 medium Lime
  • 1 tbsp Hoisin sauce

Instructions

    Simmer beef broth with star anise, cinnamon, and fish sauce for 15 minutes.

    Cook rice noodles according to package, drain.

    Slice beef very thinly against the grain.

    Divide noodles between bowls. Top with raw beef slices.
