Ingrédients

  • 400 g White fish (sea bass)
  • 150 ml Lime juice
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 1 tbsp Aji amarillo paste
  • 3 tbsp Cilantro
  • 1 medium Sweet potato
  • 1 cob Corn
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions

    Cube fish. Toss with lime juice, salt. Cure 10-15 minutes.

    Slice red onion thin, add to fish with aji amarillo and cilantro.
