  • 500 ml Water
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Berbere spice
  • 0.5 tsp Salt

Instructions

    Boil water. Gradually stir in barley flour, stirring vigorously.

    Cook until very thick and pulls from sides, about 10 min.

    Mound on a plate. Make a well in center.
