Ingrédients

  • 4 large Eggs
  • 200 g Spinach
  • 1 medium Zucchini
  • 1 medium Leek
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 40 g Feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 2 tbsp Cilantro

Instructions

    Sauté sliced leek and diced zucchini in olive oil for 5 minutes.

    Add garlic, cumin, and spinach. Cook until spinach wilts.

    Season well. Make wells and crack eggs into them.
