  • 1.5 kg Whole chicken
  • 2 medium Lemon
  • 6 cloves Garlic
  • 6 sprigs Fresh thyme
  • 3 sprigs Fresh rosemary
  • 3 medium Carrots
  • 4 medium Potatoes
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Butter

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 200°C. Pat chicken dry, season inside and out.
