- 40 g Fresh parsley
- 30 g Fresh dill
- 30 g Fresh cilantro
- 30 g Walnuts
- 1 tbsp Barberries or cranberries
- 0.5 tsp Turmeric
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions

Finely chop all herbs. Crush walnuts.

Whisk eggs with turmeric and salt. Mix in herbs, walnuts, berries.

Pour into an oiled oven-safe skillet.

Bake at 180°C for 25 min until set. Or cook on stove, flip with plate.
