Ingrédients

  • 500 g Mixed mushrooms
  • 300 ml Red wine
  • 150 g Pearl onions
  • 2 medium Carrots
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 200 ml Vegetable broth
  • 4 sprigs Fresh thyme
  • 400 g Mashed potatoes

Instructions

    Brown mushrooms in batches. Set aside.

    Sauté pearl onions and carrots.

    Add garlic and tomato paste. Deglaze with wine.

    Add broth, thyme, mushrooms. Simmer 30 min.
