- 500 g Mixed mushrooms
- 300 ml Red wine
- 150 g Pearl onions
- 2 medium Carrots
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- 200 ml Vegetable broth
- 4 sprigs Fresh thyme
- 400 g Mashed potatoes

Brown mushrooms in batches. Set aside.
