  • 200 g Ramen noodles
  • 250 g Pork belly
  • 800 ml Pork or chicken broth
  • 4 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Mirin
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 stalks Green onions
  • 2 sheets Nori
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic

    Braise pork belly in soy sauce, mirin, garlic, and water for 30 min.
