  • 300 g Mixed mushrooms
  • 100 g Pearl barley
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 medium Carrots
  • 2 stalks Celery
  • 1.2 L Vegetable broth
  • 4 sprigs Fresh thyme
  • 3 tbsp Heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp Butter

Instructions
