Ingrédients

  • 2 large Green plantains
  • 200 ml Vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic salt
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice

Instructions

    Peel and slice plantains very thin with a mandoline.

    Fry in batches at 170°C until golden and crispy.

    Drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with garlic salt and lime juice.
