Ingrédients

  • 250 g Tapioca flour
  • 120 ml Milk
  • 60 ml Vegetable oil
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 80 g Parmesan
  • 0.5 tsp Salt

Instructions

    Heat milk, oil, and salt until simmering. Pour over tapioca flour and stir.

    Let cool slightly. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.

    Fold in grated Parmesan.

    Roll into small balls. Bake at 190°C for 20 minutes until puffed and golden.
