- 200 g Red lentils
- 2 medium Carrots
- 2 stalks Celery
- 1 medium Onion
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 L Vegetable broth
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice

Heat olive oil in a large pot. Sauté diced onion, carrots, and celery for 5 minutes.

Add garlic and cumin, cook for 1 minute.

Add rinsed lentils and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil.
