  • 2 pieces (150g each) Chicken breast
  • 80 g Breadcrumbs
  • 40 g Parmesan
  • 1 large Egg
  • 200 ml Marinara sauce
  • 80 g Mozzarella
  • 200 g Spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions

    Pound chicken to even thickness. Dip in egg, then breadcrumb-parmesan mixture.
