- 60 g Cold butter
- 100 g Cheddar cheese
- 120 ml Milk
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 3 tbsp Fresh chives
- 1 large Egg
Instructions

Rub butter into flour and baking powder until crumbly.

Stir in most of the cheese and chives.

Add egg and milk. Mix until just combined.
