  • 1 large Eggplant
  • 3 pieces Pita bread
  • 2 tbsp Tahini
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp Smoked paprika

Instructions

    Roast whole eggplant at 220°C for 30 minutes until collapsed.
