  • 400 g Potatoes
  • 6 large Eggs
  • 1 large Onion
  • 80 ml Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions

    Thinly slice potatoes and onion.

    Slowly cook potatoes and onion in olive oil for 20 minutes until tender.

    Drain excess oil. Beat eggs with salt. Mix in potatoes and onion.
