  • 1 large head Cauliflower
  • 100 g Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp Tandoori paste
  • 2 tbsp Tahini
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp Pomegranate seeds
  • 3 tbsp Fresh cilantro

    Blanch whole cauliflower for 5 min. Drain.

    Roast at 200°C for 35-40 min.
