- 400 ml Coconut milk
- 2 medium Tomatoes
- 1 medium Onion
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 tbsp Ginger
- 8 pieces Curry leaves
- 0.5 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil

Sauté onion, garlic, ginger, curry leaves in coconut oil.
