Can Nutrola support cancel my subscription or issue a refund?

Last updated 13 באוגוסט 2026

Nutrola support cannot press the buttons on your billing for you, but every subscription has a fast route. Plans billed by Apple (App Store) or Google Play are cancelled and refunded through the store. Plans bought on the Nutrola website are in your own hands: you can cancel them yourself at nutrola.app/account anytime, and the Nutrola team handles website refunds directly.

Why can't support just cancel or refund for me?

When you subscribe through the App Store or Google Play, the store owns the billing relationship. Nutrola does not hold your card details, charge you, or process refunds for store purchases, so it has no way to reverse a charge or stop a renewal from its side. The in-app support assistant (Sophia) is designed as a read-only helper: it answers questions and links you to the correct page, but it cannot perform actions on your account or your payment.

Website subscriptions are billed through Stripe, our payment provider. For those, cancellation is self-serve on your account page, and refunds are reviewed personally by the Nutrola team under our refund policy. How refunds work

The one exception is account deletion, which you do yourself in the app. Note that deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription, so cancel first. Delete your account and all data

How to request a refund

Store refunds are decided entirely by Apple or Google, not by Nutrola. Support will point you to the right place based on where you bought your plan.

Bought on iPhone or iPad (App Store)

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in.
  2. Tap "I'd like to", then "Request a refund".
  3. Choose a reason, then Next.
  4. Select your Nutrola purchase, then Submit.

Apple decides all refund outcomes.

Bought on Android (Google Play)

  1. Open the Play Store and tap your profile icon.
  2. Go to Payments & subscriptions, then Budget & order history.
  3. Find your Nutrola purchase and tap Report a problem.
  4. Choose your situation and submit the form.

Google decides all refund outcomes.

What if I subscribed on the web?

Two different answers, depending on what you need:

What support can and can't do

  • Can: answer billing questions, show you the exact steps to cancel in your store or on your account page, link you straight to Apple's or Google's refund pages, and pass a website refund request to the team.
  • Can't: cancel your plan for you, reverse or refund a charge on the spot, or change your account or payment details directly.

If you want to talk to a person, the assistant can put together an email to the Nutrola team with your conversation. They typically reply within about 24 hours. What happens when I ask to talk to a human in support chat Using the in-app support chat (Sophia)
